The roof will always be thoroughly cleaned before the pointing and painting. We will always ensue water is diverted before the roof clean and all solar panels and wall areas are masked to ensure there is no over spray.
Every roof restoration has the correct primer applied as the first coat followed by two coats of the Dulux Acratex 962 Next Generation roof membrane in you chosen colour.
Many of our roof restoration projects are done in conjunction with gutter replacement or external painting.
