The staff who climbed onto the roof and did the job. Their attitude, manners, and consideration towards me, were exemplary. I simply did not expect to encounter that level of courtesy, respect, and service, from tradesman working for wages, in this day and age.
In all my dealings with them, I was left with the impression, that the client was important, that they took pride in doing a good job, that my property and myself were respected, and that they were at my service. I was kept informed at all times about all facets of the project. Right from the start when they explained what they planned to do, and how they were going to do it, I realised these were no ordinary slap dash young tradesmen. I was phoned every day and advised the timing of their planned visits and they apologised when weather intervened.
At every stage I was asked if I had any questions or wanted anything explained. They did everything they possibly could, to provide top class service and I can tell you I appreciated them greatly for having done so. It really was quite refreshing to encounter such attitudes and such consideration.
